Product Overview
EXCEL is Ringmann Global's mid-range champion — the ideal choice for spinning mills that demand reliable performance without the premium price point. Like all RGPL coated rings, EXCEL uses the same precision-machined flanged base (with SPICON design option) as SIGMA-EXCEL. The differentiator is the coating: EXCEL carries our proven hard chrome surface coating, delivering 950 HV hardness and Ra 0.125 μm — slightly softer than SIGMA-EXCEL but delivering 95% of the performance at a materially lower cost.
EXCEL is the go-to ring for medium-speed cotton mills running Ne 20–60, and for synthetic or blended yarn operations where cost efficiency is a priority. Its consistent surface quality ensures predictable traveller behaviour and reliable yarn quality across millions of spindles worldwide.
